Community Access & Life Skills
Outreach can support people to build confidence, access their community, attend appointments and activities, develop everyday skills and work towards personal goals.
Age range
Our regulated personal care service is focused on adults aged 18–64. Outreach and non-personal-care support may also be considered for adults outside this age range where appropriate and where we can safely meet the person’s needs.
